City government that is “citizen friendly”. Government that is efficient - reduce red tape and over-regulation to improve efficiency and timeliness.

Promote appropriate infrastructure where we need it now and where to place for the future so we can guide growth & water security.
Protect Existing Neighborhoods
Align the vision and master plans of New Braunfels to indicate where as a city we want and accept diverse zoning. Planning versus REACTING.
Improved Quality of Life
